Why is the Bluegreen Vacation Weeks Calendar important?

The Vacation Week Calendar, also referred to as the Bluegreen Season Calendar or Bluegreen Points Chart, is necessary to help plan your vacation. You will need to reference it to determine how many Bluegreen Vacation Points (“Points”) your desired reservation will require or when you want to bank Points with an exchange company.

How do I use it?

To plan a vacation at a Bluegreen resort, first decide your anticipated or preferred dates of travel. Next, look at the Vacation Week Calendar to determine the week number for your travel dates. For example, a vacation from July 25-July 29 usually falls during Week 30 of the year*. Next, decide where you want to go and look at the Points Chart for that resort. Week numbers are appointed a season, and Point values are assigned by season, day of the week and size of accommodations. *Please note that Bluegreen’s Vacation Week Calendars are the same as RCI, but different from Interval International.

Let's say you want to go to Bluegreen Wilderness Club at Big Cedar during week 30, and you want to stay in a 2 bedroom cabin.

The Bluegreen Points Chart below is for Bluegreen Wilderness Club at Big Cedar.  If you look for week 30 you will see that it falls into the High Red category because week 30 is between week 24 and week 43.

If you scroll down to the CABIN 2 BEDROOM section of the table, you will see that Monday through Thursday nights are 1075 points per night, Friday and Saturday nights are 5450 points per night, Sunday is 2800 and the full week is 18000 points.  Depending upon the number of points you have available, you may need to adjust the days of your stay to fit within your points.

IF your week happens to fall at the beginning or end of a season, you may see multiple results show up on the Bluegreenowner website with different point values.  The point values are determined by the Priority Use Period of the underlying unit.  So, one search result might be from week 43 and have a higher point cost than the one for the following week, week 44 even though it is for the same date.

This Bluegreen Vacation Week Calendar covers from 2023-2046.  This is based on an Excel Spreadhseet that I created using formulas to calculate the start dates for the week.  Bluegreen may have different dates. Do your own research.
