• Across road from beach
• Better Intracoastal Waterway view room (floors 7 – 10, rooms ending in 01 or 02)
• Better ocean view room (floors 6 – 10, rooms ending in 09 or 10)
• Can use Royal Vista’s pool (one block away)
• Choose one bedroom (has same square footage as two bedroom)
• Grounds lovely
• Nice rooms
• On Intra Coastal Waterway
• Second best Pompano Beach resort (by owner reviews)

• 4 pools 2 hot tubs

  • Cabanas (north & south) (2 floors) (pool between buildings) (people walking by can look into the windows) (some units need updating)
  • Key West Villas (2 floors)
  • Ocean Palms (newest) (11 floors) (best section) (on Intra Coastal Waterway side of resort) (even # are ocean view) (odd # are Intra Coastal Waterway view) (good room 1062) (request higher floors for better views)
  • Ocean View (north & south) (4 floors) (on Beach) (studios only) (good views of beach) (small balconies about 18” wide) (north building units have washer & dryer in unit) (south building no washer & dryer in unit but in basement & are free) (pool between buildings)
  • Waterfalls (north & south) (4 floors) (top floor of north building for sun) (no washer & dryer in the units)
• Beachfront if in Ocean View units all other sections are within walking distance to the beach
• Book 5th floor or high for better view of ocean
