  • Good room (one-bedroom PR #2505)
  • Has Owner lounge on 33rd floor
  • Has Presidential Reserve Owner lounge
  • Has rooftop terrace (beautiful view at night) (indoor & outdoor areas)
  • In midtown Manhattan at 3rd avenue & 45th Street
  • One-bedroom unit 30th floor is awesome (huge unit with views in three directions)
  • Unit 1502 has a great view
  • Unit 2105 is a one-bedroom Presidential, but view is not that great
  • Unit 3202 is a one-bedroom with great view of the Chrysler Building
  • Unit 609 does not have a nice view (overlooks a concrete area between buildings
  • Units ending in 04 (3204) are corner units with amazing views

Wyndham Vacation Resorts at National Harbor

  • 150 shops, 30 restaurants in complex
  • Complimentary shuttle to metro station in Alexandria (once an hour 8 AM to 8 PM) (20 – 30 minutes)
  • Game room
  • Large public pool is great
  • Movie room
  • No washer and dryer in regular units (only 2 washers on each floor)
  • Presidential suites do have washer and dryer in the unit
  • Small amusement area on site
  • Unit 1001 is a 2-bedroom unit with a nice view of the Potomac
  • Unit 1111 a 4-bedroom Presidential Reserve looks nice
  • Units are nice
