- One-bedroom unit 30th floor is awesome (huge unit with views in three directions)

- 150 shops, 30 restaurants in complex
- Complimentary shuttle to metro station in Alexandria (once an hour 8 AM to 8 PM) (20 – 30 minutes)
- Game room
- Large public pool is great
- Movie room
- No washer and dryer in regular units (only 2 washers on each floor)
- Presidential suites do have washer and dryer in the unit
- Small amusement area on site
- Unit 1001 is a 2-bedroom unit with a nice view of the Potomac
- Unit 1111 a 4-bedroom Presidential Reserve looks nice
