  • 4 golf courses on site
  • Beach is gorgeous
  • Better if with kids
  • Can rent a bike to get around ($40/week from Coastal Cruisers)
  • One pool near resort & you can ride tram, drive to, or ride bike to other pools)
  • Shuttle to beach
  • Small resort with no amenities
  • Units need updating
  • Within Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort

Wyndham Bay Club II (Miramar Beach)

  • Best to go to beach early in the morning or late afternoon (less crowded)
  • Better if with kids
  • Can rent a bike to get around ($40/week from Coastal Cruisers)
  • Close to shopping & restaurants
  • Golf course on site
  • More relaxing resort
  • Not a “on the beach” hotspot
  • Request a Bayside unit
  • Shuttle to beach & Baytowne Wharf

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Emerald Grande at Destin (Destin)

  • Activities almost every night for all ages
  • Both harbor & bay view units are nice
  • Can be noisy because of bars & restaurants nearby on bay side of resort
  • Complementary water taxi
  • East tower has better layout
  • East tower is harbor view (unit 1307 is closest to the water)
  • Favorite resort in Destin by most owners
  • Free short boat ride to beach where beach chairs & umbrellas are provided & set up for you
  • Full service spa (is amazing)
  • Located in Harbor Walk Village
  • Nice indoor pool
  • The wing towers have 13 floors
  • Unit 1004 is a nice harbor view (3-bedroom)
  • Unit 1006 is a nice harbor view
  • Unit 1202 has a nice view

Wyndham Ocean Walk

  • 2-bedroom lock off or 3-bedroom units will be ocean front
  • Any rooms ending in 21 are good
  • Ask for ocean front not ocean view
  • Beach front location
  • Book deluxe rooms not suites
  • Don’t book 2-bedroom over service entrance (people go to smoke below balcony)
  • Lazy river, water slide, 4 pools
  • Many 2-bedroom units are interior with windows facing the hallway
  • North tower has less outside traffic
  • Unit 1523A has a great view of ocean in north tower
  • Unit 221 is a good 2-bedroom deluxe
  • Units 1532A & 1534A were good
  • Units 926 & 1326 are 2-bedroom deluxe in north tower with ocean view
  • Units ending in 08, 09, 10 put you in the middle of the resort
  • Units ending in 12 – 15 are ocean front in the south tower
  • Units ending in 21 – 27 are ocean front in the north tower
  • Units ending in 28, 30, or 32 are ocean view in the north tower
  • Units ending in 29, 31, or 33 have view of parking lot in north tower

  • Minimum check in age 21
  • Parking: On site parking at no charge. One vehicle per villa (no over-sized vehicles, trailers, or RVs).

  • Day use policy: Club owners not staying at the resort must call 48 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability for day use. First priority given to resort occupants. There may be blackout dates due to high demand. 6 person limit.

  • Office hours: Monday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Friday - Sunday 8:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.

  • Biggest unit is a 2-bedroom lock off
  • Closest to the strip on 76
  • Many stairs to get to pool
  • No amenities except pool but can use amenities of the other two Wyndham resorts
  • Not as comfortable
  • Outdoor pool
  • Resort has smallest land area of Wyndham Resorts
  • Very quiet
  • Walls are paper thin

Wyndham Branson at the Meadows

  • 3 miles to the strip on 76
  • 5 outdoor pools
  • Better resort if you have kids with you
  • Has the most amenities of Wyndham's Branson resorts
  • Resort has more land area than other Wyndham resorts

Wyndham Mountain Vista

  • 3 miles to the strip on 76
  • Quieter resort
  • Have sampler breakfast ($15 buffet style) (singers from various shows come & sing a song or two)
