The fitness center features a comprehensive array of activities, with a five-lane indoor pool offering lap swims and water aerobics, hot tub, cardio equipment, aerobic classes, racquetball and squash courts, indoor tennis courts, juice bar and massage therapy.
Next door to the fitness center is Lake Disharoon, a popular destination during the summer months.
